Management Board
The Management Board is responsible for implementing the Company’s business development plan and business performance reporting. The Chief Executive Officer chairs the Management Board. Currently, the Management Board is comprised of the five most senior executives at Masan Group, the Chief Executive Officer, two Deputy Chief Executive Officers, the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Accountant. Dr. Nguyen Dang Quang
Chairman of Masan Group
Dr. Nguyen Dang Quang is one of the founders and plays a crucial role in leading Masan Group throughout the process of establishment and development from the early days.
As a leader with strategic vision, he has driven the company's specialized transformation from its inception, making Masan Group one of the leading conglomerates in the private sector with more than 50 subsidiary companies, while promoting the cultural identity, values and pride of Vietnam.
He is currently the Chairman of Masan Group and a member of the Board of Directors of 5 other subsidiary companies and affiliates.
Mr. Danny Le
CEO of Masan Group
Joining Masan Group since 2010, Danny Le is a crucial factor in building the Group's development strategy, as well as directly organizing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, thereby promoting expansion and development of Masan Group.
Prior to Masan, Danny Le was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley (New York). In this role, he has performed a variety of M&A deals and capital market and privatization transactions for many clients globally.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Masan Group. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of 6 subsidiaries of Masan Group, including the role of Chairman of Masan High-Tech Materials Corporation and Masan MEATLife Corporation.

As the CEO of Masan MEATLife, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung is fully responsible from strategy to implementation/operation for the meat segment (pork and chicken), the farm system, as well as all business support departments. He leads a team of employees who are unanimously steadfast in the journey of “Boosting the productivity of the animal protein value chain for the benefit of 100 million Vietnamese people!”
Mr. Nguyen Thieu Nam

Mr. Nguyen Thieu Nam is the Deputy CEO in charge of External Relations and a member of the Board of Directors of Masan Group. He has held senior executive roles at our subsidiaries and affiliates such as Masan Consumer and Techcombank.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of 4 other companies under Masan Group.
Mr. Michael Hung Nguyen

Joining Masan since 2009, Michael leverages his experience to focus on strategic initiatives (including new business activities), capital markets activities, and investor relations. In particular, Michael focuses on IPO initiatives and lead projects that shall enable Masan’s platforms to meet or exceed international standards.
Before joining Masan, Mr. Michael Hung Nguyen helped build out J.P. Morgan's Vietnam investment bank execution team and worked on M&A, capital markets and privatization transactions with financial, real estate and consumer clients. Mr. Michael H. Nguyen graduated from Harvard University, U.S.

CEO of Phuc Long Heritage
Patricia Marques, CEO of Phuc Long Heritage, is a seasoned F&B executive with a proven track record of success in the Vietnamese market. Prior to joining Phuc Long, she served as General Manager for Starbucks Vietnam, where she oversaw all aspects of the business and maintained close relationships with Maxims HK. Before her role at Starbucks, Patricia spearheaded the establishment of international operations for renowned companies such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Panera Bread, and Highlands Coffee.
Having resided in Vietnam for the past 14 years, Patricia considers Ho Chi Minh City her home. She has a strong passion to promote Vietnam’s tea culture via Phuc Long. We believe that Patricia will write the next chapter for Phuc Long Heritage and build a Tea brand to represent Vietnamese culture.
