Slaughtering Process
Upon arrival at the factory, pigs are rested, given clean drinking water, and carefully monitored. They are isolated and calmed with music before being anesthetized using CO₂ gas—ensuring humane slaughter, in line with chilled meat standards in developed countries.

Chilling Process
MEATDeli chilled pork adheres to a rigorous 3-step process:

Rapid chilling: Immediately after slaughter to prevent bacterial growth.

Balanced chilling (Air-chilled): Chilling the meat from surface to core at 0–4°C, allowing natural enzymes to activate, resulting in tender and juicy meat.
- Maintained chilling: Consistently preserved at 0–4°C during cutting, packaging, transportation, and storage, ensuring optimal freshness, texture, and nutrition.

Cutting and Packaging
The meat is cut and vacuum-packed on Marel automated lines at core temperatures of 0–4°C. The vacuum-sealed packaging prevents contamination and slows microbial growth while preserving taste and nutrients.
