As the Lunar New Year 2025 (Year of the Snake) approaches, Masan Group and its subsidiaries have organized various meaningful activities, distributing practical gifts worth up to 5 billion VND to communities to ensure everyone enjoys a warm and fulfilling Tet holiday.
WinMart and the charity campaign "Send Gifts, Share Tet"
In the days leading up to Tet 2025, alongside the usual business operations serving consumers, the WinMart/WinMart+/WiN retail system partnered with the Vietnam Red Cross Society to successfully distribute Tet gifts to the underprivileged communities in Hung Yen and Ninh Binh provinces on January 23 and 24.

Prior to this, the retail chain actively encouraged customers and employees from nearly 4,000 WinMart supermarkets and WinMart+/WiN stores nationwide to participate in the "Send Gifts, Share Tet" charity campaign.
Thanks to enthusiastic contributions, all funds raised were donated to the Red Cross, providing 165 gift packages to underprivileged families in these areas. Each gift, worth 500,000 VND, included essential items to help families enjoy a warmer and more complete Tet.

Supporting tens of thousands of families for Tet in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces
On January 23, Masan Group, in collaboration with the Central Economic and Financial Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (GHPGVN), donated 1,000 Tet gift packages to disadvantaged families in District 3, Binh Thanh, and Go Vap in Ho Chi Minh City. Each package, valued at 1 million VND, included cash and essential items from Masan Group’s high-quality products. The program’s total budget reached 1 billion VND. These gifts not only provided material support but also served as encouragement and motivation, giving hope to those facing difficulties as they enter the new year.
Additionally, thousands of gift packages were directly delivered to 115 Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City Vocational Training Center for Youth, and the Ho Chi Minh City Workers Support Center.

Earlier, in Anh Son District, Nghe An Province, Masan Consumer (a subsidiary of Masan Group) distributed 5,000 gift packages containing essential food items and cash to struggling families to help them prepare for a warm and fulfilling Tet.
One of the gift recipients, Mrs. Nguyen Thi A from Anh Son District, Nghe An Province, expressed her gratitude: "My family is very thankful for these meaningful gifts. They not only provide essential items for Tet but also serve as motivation for us to strive for a better life in the coming years."
Omachi and Nam Ngu bring Tet to the Islands
Omachi, a brand under Masan Consumer, embarked on a special journey to bring early Tet celebrations to soldiers and residents in the Truong Sa (Spratly) Islands in the first days of 2025.
On behalf of the people on the mainland, Omachi delivered 2,000 boxes of instant noodles and 1,000 self-heating hot pots as New Year gifts, bringing the festive spirit closer to the soldiers and residents of Truong Sa despite their remote location.

Stepping into 2025, Nam Ngư continues to accompany farmers in developing the local economy and promoting the Ly Son garlic specialty.
Meanwhile, Nam Ngu, another brand under Masan Consumer, donated over 80,000 bottles of Nam Ngu Ly Son Chili Garlic Fish Sauce to support islanders in Ly Son, wishing them a prosperous garlic harvest. This renowned fish sauce brand reached over 10 million bottles sold nationwide in 2024, demonstrating strong consumer trust in Masan’s high-quality products made from Ly Son’s specialty garlic.
