The CHIN-SU booth drew thousands of excited young visitors at the 2025 Bánh mì Festival

    The premium CHIN-SU seasoning collection landed at the 2025 Bánh mì Festival with a feast of flavorful dishes, igniting an energetic buzz and drawing large numbers of young people to the experience.

    March 21 to 24, 2025, Le Van Tam Park (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) buzzed with excitement as the 3rd Vietnam Bánh mì Festival brought together food lovers under the theme “Crispy bread, Rich Coffee.” The event welcomed hundreds of thousands of guests, featuring 150 booths from iconic brands like CHIN-SU, Huynh Hoa, Bay Ho, and Cu Ly. Each day, thousands of bánh mì—ranging from classic to creative—were enjoyed, with crowds forming long lines at the most popular booths.

    For foodies, bánh mì lovers, and Gen Z check-in enthusiasts, the CHIN-SU booth was the must-visit spot. After going viral in 2024 with thousands of social media interactions, CHIN-SU’s premium seasoning lineup made a stylish comeback this year. The booth featured trendy decor, mouthwatering bánh mì variations seasoned with CHIN-SU’s finest spices, along with fun and lively activities that brought an extra spark to the festival vibe.

    At the CHIN-SU booth, visitors were treated to a flavorful lineup of bánh mì, paired with CHIN-SU’s premium seasonings. First up on the must-try list was the sizzling grilled pork Bánh mì. Marinated with CHIN-SU’s signature Grilled Pork Restaurant Sauce and topped with CHIN-SU chili sauce, creating an irresistibly spicy and tasty flavor  - one bite and you’re hooked.

    The Nha Trang fish cake bánh mì was another crowd favorite. Crispy on the outside, packed with fresh fish cake inside, it was perfectly balanced with CHIN-SU Original Mayonnaise and a dash of CHIN-SU Sriracha Chili Sauce. Spicy, aromatic, and smooth, it was the ideal chili replacement that brought serious heat and creamy richness all in one bite.

    And of course, no breakfast spread would be complete without the classic sunny-side-up egg Bánh mì. Rich runny yolks, tender meatballs, and a sprinkle of CHIN-SU Dak Lak Ground Pepper came together in harmony, finished with a drizzle of CHIN-SU Shiitake Soy Sauce - piping hot, flavorful, and totally satisfying from the very first bite.

    Not just a flavor-packed “Bánh mì universe,” CHIN-SU also brought a sizzling hot activity to the festival - “Trade Fresh Chili for Sriracha”. Visitors simply had to bring a few fresh chili peppers to the booth and exchange them for a bottle of CHIN-SU Sriracha Chili Sauce - a fragrant, spicy alternative to fresh chili, perfect for enjoying all the festival’s tasty dishes. This “quality trade” quickly became a hit with young visitors, with thousands of bottles of CHIN-SU Sriracha handed out during the event. 

    With a big smile, Huong Diep (27, District 10) shared: “This is my second year at the Bánh mì Festival. The CHIN-SU booth this year is amazing - great bánh mì, fun activities, and even gifts! I just traded some fresh chilies for a bottle of CHIN-SU Sriracha. The line was a bit long, but everyone was all smiles”.

    In addition to tasty treats and fun games, CHIN-SU also delighted selfie lovers with a super-cute photobooth zone, just strike a pose and you’ve got yourself a picture-perfect shot. Even better, each check-in came with the chance to receive attractive gifts from CHIN-SU. And for those seeking a bit of relaxation, the booth also featured a cozy music corner where visitors could "chill chill" with a Bánh mì in hand while enjoying acoustic melodies, creating a fully immersive experience for both the taste buds and the ears.

    Though the 2025 Bánh mì Festival has wrapped up, its vibrant spirit and joyful memories still linger. CHIN-SU joined hands with young visitors to create a unique journey of connection through traditional cuisine, brought to life with fresh, youthful, and inspiring experiences. This reflects the brand’s ongoing effort to spread positive energy, elevate Vietnamese food culture, and leave a lasting impression on consumers through deep understanding and constant creativity.
