Masan High-Tech Materials - Vietnam's 50 Best Performing Companies 2021
On January 14, 2022, Masan High-Tech Materials was honored as “Top 50 Vietnam The Best in 2021” at the National Convention Center. The award program was co-hosted by Vietnam Report JSC and VietNamNet under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Attending the Top 50 Vietnam The Best - 2021 award ceremony are Vietnam's leading groups and companies that have successfully met the key selection criteria such as being a VNR500 listed Company for 3 consecutive years, having good capital efficiency, stable profit growth potential and demonstrating a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility. Masan High-Tech Materials received this prestigious award thanks to its efforts in innovation and sustainability activities despite facing various difficulties and challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic causing a lot of challenges for enterprises, markets and industries all over the world, the Company has found its way to balance between ensuring the operations and continuously implementing many strategic steps. Our core values “Respect - Innovation - Results” remain the guiding principles and foundation for the development of the Company. Masan High-Tech Materials has grown its global market share in all markets where it has presence regardless of the challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our revenue for the 11 months of 2021 was VND12,065 billion, making a nearly-800-billion-VND contribution to the State Budget; creating jobs for nearly 2,000 workers with an average monthly income of VND12,8 million VND per employee. Modern production technologies, strict management procedures, community-based sustainable development policies, together with compliance with regulations on environmental protection, reforestation aiming towards carbon neutralization, climate balance and energy saving are the 2021 highlights at Masan High-Tech Materials. In addition, the Company also supported VND 4.830 billion for social security and community development including providing social infrastructure for the communities; promoting agricultural extension activities and sustainable livelihoods for the locals; providing communal medical health care, clean water and environmental hygiene; implementing micro-finance and economic restoration fund; charity and humanity programs; and enhancing capabilities for the locals.
In 2021, Masan High-Tech Materials was also proud to be ranked in the Top 50 Excellent Enterprises in Vietnam; Top 100 Brands in Vietnam; Top 100 Sustainable Companies in Viet Nam, Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam; Enterprise for Employee’s benefits; Excellent Enterprise in Thai Nguyen province, etc. These prestigious awards and recognition have been testament to Masan High-Tech Materials’ outstanding efforts in overcoming a year full of obstacles and difficulties and will be the drivers for the company to reach higher production and business goals, continue to go global towards sustainable development.
