WinCommerce's "Point Of Life" strategy gets an upgrade

    Techcombank and Wincommerce have elevated their strategic partnership for 2025. This collaboration between two leading brands in banking and retail aims to offer customers exclusive payment solutions, delivering superior financial and non-financial services.

    Under this collaboration, financial services such as easy account opening at WinMart/WinMart+/WiN supermarket chains (operated by WinCommerce), seamless deposit and withdrawal options, and a variety of payment methods will be made widely accessible through Techcombank’s extensive network across Vietnam. This initiative is a key focus for Techcombank in 2025, aimed at strengthening its strategic collaborations to provide a comprehensive value chain for customers.

    WinCommerce, the largest modern retail chain in Vietnam with nearly 4,000 WinMart/WinMart+/WiN supermarkets and stores covering both urban and rural areas, continues to adopt innovative initiatives to enhance consumer value.

    WinCommerce’s strengthened collaboration with Techcombank is a key step in achieving its "Point of Life" strategy. With the slogan "WiN is all you need," WinCommerce aims to build a seamless ecosystem that serves 100 million Vietnamese consumers, addressing both daily essential needs and financial services.

    Over the past two years, Techcombank and Masan Group (the parent company of WinCommerce) have partnered to extend financial and retail services, allowing customers to experience a seamless integration of financial solutions in their shopping journey. From essential daily purchases to lifestyle products at WinMart/WinMart+/WiN stores, customers can now conveniently access financial services provided by Techcombank.

    Recognizing the growing need for accessible banking services, Techcombank and WinCommerce officially launched a payment agency model in January 2025, initially targeting key locations in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, and Can Tho. In this pilot phase, 45 WinCommerce retail outlets and supermarkets have also adopted another function as Techcombank’s payment agencies, offering exceptional financial conveniences to customers.

    Financial inclusion is becoming increasingly important in today’s economic landscape, ensuring that all individuals and businesses have access to appropriate financial resources and solutions. The banking sector continuously seeks ways to support underserved populations in gaining financial literacy and fair access to banking services.

    With the planned expansion of the banking agency model nationwide, spanning urban and rural markets, Techcombank and WinCommerce aim to address financial accessibility challenges while serving as a crucial driver in Vietnam’s digital transformation journey. This collaboration not only enhances financial access but also fosters sustainable economic development, contributing to Vietnam’s continued progress in global economic integration.

    Following the Lunar New Year of 2025, both parties have actively coordinated and executed multiple initiatives across services, sales, and technology to ensure the seamless integration of WinCommerce’s retail chain as an official payment agency for Techcombank.
